Booking conditions

  • Arrivals: between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

  • Departure: before 11:00 a.m. 

  • 30% deposit: to be paid when booking

  • Balance of the stay: to be paid on arrival.

  • Additional services:  to be paid on your departure.

  • Breakfasts: from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

  • The reservation is made for a specific number of people. Any changes must be requested prior to your arrival.

  • Respect for the premises: The customer agrees:

    • to respect the peace of the place and be discreet from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    • not to eat in the room : meals are served in the common dining room or on the terrace. 

    • to leave the room in good condition

    • to report any damage for which he may be responsible and to assume the financial consequences.

    • not to smoke inside the house. Ashtrays are available outside.

  • Swimming pool: open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • Pets: on demand

Terms of cancelation

1- Cancellation by the client before the start of the stay

Any cancellation must be sent by e-mail: la.fontaine.medoc@gmail.com.

  • more than 5 days before the start of the stay: the deposit will be returned to the customer

  • less than 5 days before the start of the stay: the deposit remains with the owner.

  • the customer does not show up before 8 p.m. on the day of arrival: 

    • the reservation becomes void

    • the owner can dispose of his guest rooms

    • the deposit remains with the owner

 

2- Shortened stay – Cancellation during the stay

  • In the event of a shortened stay, the total cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

 

3- Cancellation by the owner before the arrival date 

  • He must inform the customer by email.

  • The customer will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.
